CSI Update

AMAZING!!! 2022, 20 years as CSI, Hard to believe how fast the time has passed!

We want to really thank each and every customer for our success!!!

The industry has clearly morphed into a 'new normal' and CSI seems to be very well structured for this 'new normal'. CSI has taken some the 'old school' customer focus, which strives for complete customer satisfaction and combined that with a quick response mentality. We deliver what is needed and apply that to every customer and every project no matter the size!

In 2016, we celebrated CSI's 15 YEAR ANNIVERSARY with the following accomplishments:

• Again, CSI's best sales year ever, stable growth seems to make everything easier.
• Again, CSI has maintained our 100% repeat business and customer satisfaction goal.
• Over the past 18 months CSI has received an unprecedented number of positive comments from our customers some of which are included on the CSI Web Site.
• CSI completed its 764th project, many of these projects had multiple items delivered from simple fabrication to cables, full design and development of multi-bay rack systems with complete diagnostic software.
• CSI has grown to over 111 different customers, not counting the multiple customers within a customer location.
• CSI's build-to-print (BTP) organization is evolved and now accounts for a large part of CSI's overall business. The internal focus on tools needed to turn product around very fast and the fabrication equipment CSI invested in have proven to be extremely good business investments.
• Most importantly, as CSI is an engineering services based business we have employee retention such that at CSI's Annual Company Celebration in August, we will be handing out 10 year anniversary awards to multiple employees.

CSI's future continues to be very solid! CSI is seeing very steady bids activity and win rates are much higher than in the past 25 years! A great 17 years! We have our employees, partner vendors and customers to thank. We could not have done it without them!
